Here in Texas

I thought I would post some pictures of a typical day here. It's kind of monotonous, but that's what we thrive on. We go to the Y every morning and have quiet time after lunch. We eat dinner and then wait for Daddy to arrive home which is when the real party begins. Charlie's favorite thing to say is, "Pool, Daddy?" over and over again. He knows that we can go to the pool with Daddy after he gets home from work (that's when it's not as blazing hot!). Meg is learning to swim all by herself, we are very excited for her. It's hard to get pictures of it though since we are in a man-on-man formation in the pool!
So, these are pictures of Meg with her favorite thing: her babies; Charlie and Bode playing the drums from Aunt Heather; and Charlie in his chair from Grandma Rayburn, his favorite lounging spot.

Blazing hot is right! 90 degrees here is in a different category than 90 in the west. In Colorado, 90 felt like about 75 here.

Yeah! Another post!!! Meg's hair is getting so long. And both kids have grown so much. I can't believe I'm going to get to see you all this weekend! Yeah! I wish we could go to the Y daily....they just put a hold on the Y they were going to build by us for "an indefinite period of time". That stinks!
